Timeless elegance is the fresh look Vania Laporte wanted for her eponymous salon in Bordeaux. A family success story, the salon was founded by Vania and is now in the hands of Constance and Paul-Alexis, the next generation who have inherited their mother’s values and know-how and are ready to write the new chapter of the business. For the refit, they called on local interior design firm Dircks, who have given this Bordeaux institution a new lease of life and makeover without departing from the functionality and usability that are the hallmark of top salons.
It features a harmonious contrast between classic and unpretentious French chic and the choice of fine materials like walnut with undeniably modern lines and forms. Large archways let in the light and their soft curves match the arches of the styling areas. The modern, clean and uncluttered furniture from Cindarella Paris’ Philosophy collection completes the look.
